How to request A New Wiki Account?

• Click Request A New Wiki Account.

When you request a new account, please write at least 20 words in personal biography to introduce who you are.

Please also write contact person (supervisor/primary investigator) info.

• Confirm your email first.
• Wait for the confirmation of administrator.
• An email with temporary password will be sent to you. Change your password and login.

Guidelines for New Members Joining JUNO and access JUNO DocDB?

Step 1: Apply for an IHEP SSO account via the IHEP Unified Authentication System: https://login.ihep.ac.cn/login

• Skip this step if you already have an IHEP SSO account.
• Ensure all personal information is accurate. The contact person required by the SSO form is Qiumei Ma(maqm@ihep.ac.cn).
• if the local language is English on login.ihep.ac.cn, it need to to switch to Chinese and back to English in order all the fields have proper labels.

Approval Process:

• Automatic approval.

Step 2: Apply to Join the JUNO Collaboration via the JUNO Collaboration Application System: http://exp.ihep.ac.cn/Login

• Provide complete personal information and research background. Use the same Email address as your IHEP SSO account.
• There are multiply collaborations in the right hand of the Profile page. Find "JOIN GROUP" link below JUNO collaboration to apply.

Approval Process:

• Application reviewed by the IB (Institutional Board).
• Once approved, your Email will be added to the collaboration group database.

Step 3: Apply for JUNO collaboration Permissions in the Unified Authentication System: https://login.ihep.ac.cn/login

• After Step 2 approval, return to the IHEP Unified Authentication System to apply for JUNO collaboration permissions.
• Select "JUNO collaboration request" during the application.
• Ensure Step 2 is approved and your email is in the collaboration database, by checking the following webpage.
  • Verify in https://juno.ihep.ac.cn/internal/contacts.php

Approval Process:

• Application reviewed by Ma Qiumei(maqm@ihep.ac.cn)
• Once approved, you will gain full JUNO collaboration permission and you can access JUNO DocDB.

By following these steps, new members can successfully join the JUNO collaboration group. For further assistance, refer to the provided documentation or contact the relevant personnel.

Step 4 (optional): Apply for an IHEP AFS account via the IHEP Unified Authentication System: https://login.ihep.ac.cn/login

• Confirm that you are in the collaboration database.
• In IHEP Unified Authentication System, find the section Apply for IHEP Computing Cluster Account and apply the account
  • For contact person, please use your advisor or IB from your institute.

Approval Process:

• Application reviewed by Tao Lin <lintao@ihep.ac.cn>
• AFS Account is created by IHEP Computing Center.
